About
I'm a full-stack TypeScript engineer with six years of production experience. I came up through frontend at a cybersecurity vendor, a 25M-MAU marketplace and an enterprise DevOps platform at a large bank, and since 2024 at Yandex I've taken projects from requirements to production: React UIs, Node.js services and batch pipelines, PostgreSQL, monitoring and on-call.
I usually run a project end to end: take the request from the business, estimate it, pin down the requirements with the stakeholder, write the design doc, build it and see it through to sign-off in production. Between projects I work the backlog and take on-call shifts: alerts, incident triage, root-cause fixes. Being on call for your own code is the strictest code review there is.
The two products below are mine end to end: designed, built, deployed and operated solo, and both are live. Try them.
Experience
Yandex
Marketing and SEO infrastructure for Yandex Verticals (Auto.ru, Realty, Travel, Arenda); since April 2026, on the marketing team of Auto.ru, one of Russia's largest car classifieds sites.
Full-stack: React UIs, Node.js services and batch pipelines in TypeScript, PostgreSQL, monitoring and on-call.
- Built an LLM news-monitoring service for the Auto.ru newsroom and other teams as tech lead and sole engineer: it triages up to 1,000 articles a day from 22 sources and saves dozens of hours of manual monitoring and ~$2,000 in agency fees a month
- Built a publication-planning calendar for 4 editorial teams solo, from scratch to production; it replaced Asana for the core editorial teams
- Designed and built an idempotent Node.js batch pipeline that turns listing photos into slideshow videos for Yandex Direct ads, now in production
- Took on-call shifts for 10 production services, traced 5xx errors and out-of-memory crashes to root causes, and added PostgreSQL query timeouts to keep hung queries from piling up
- Built features for the team's ad-feed platform (~250k live offers), SEO tooling and the editorial backend for 10 Yandex media products
- Reworked SEO markup on 11 page types and made listing details, seller profiles and dealer contacts crawlable by rendering them server-side in React
- Mentored an intern through to a full-time offer
Innotech
Fintech software vendor. Product: Sfera.Releases, the release-management module of an enterprise DevOps platform that scaled to ~20k daily users at a large bank.
- Joined the team at the 2023 launch and built the release-lifecycle UI in React and TypeScript
- Built the frontend for workflow orchestration on Netflix Conductor from scratch; dozens of workflows went into production
- Contributed reusable components to the platform's shared UI library
Joom
Riga-based cross-border e-commerce marketplace, 25M MAU.
- Built the React and TypeScript frontend of the in-house ticketing system that handled 1,000+ tickets a day for a 300-person support team
- Built the frontend of the internal admin platform used by 20+ product teams
BI.ZONE
Cybersecurity vendor.
- Shipped React and TypeScript UIs for the company's security products, including an incident-monitoring system
- Owned the frontend of an incident-response documentation portal end to end; security analysts wrote the content

AI PR Reviewer
Paste a GitHub PR link and get a streaming, line-by-line AI review. A multi-step agent on the Vercel AI SDK, with an Octokit adapter, structured output, provider failover and per-IP rate limiting.
Tame the Elephant
Habits earn points, temptations cost them — a self-discipline PWA. Once points can buy real rewards, they're a currency, not a score, so I built the economy underneath like a bank.
Stack
Primary language front to back. Strict TypeScript, React with SSR at Auto.ru, Next.js App Router with RSC and streaming in the AI PR Reviewer and this site. A design system built from scratch on CSS Modules and design tokens in Tame the Elephant; reusable components for a shared UI library at Innotech.
REST services, batch pipelines and integrations with the Yandex Tracker and Webmaster APIs and S3-compatible storage. PostgreSQL as the system of record: schema design and migrations with Prisma and Drizzle, a retry queue with exponential backoff, advisory-lock serialization and query timeouts under load; response caching for a hot API endpoint. Redis for per-IP sliding-window rate limiting in Lua.
Two LLM pipelines in production at Yandex, news monitoring and ticket automation, and one public product: prompt calibration on a labeled evaluation set, model choice by cost and accuracy, multi-step tool calling, structured output, provider failover with transcript handoff on the Vercel AI SDK.
Integration tests with Testcontainers in the AI PR Reviewer (against a real PostgreSQL in CI) and in the planning calendar and the news-monitoring service at Yandex; 400+ integration tests with a race suite in Tame the Elephant; a before-and-after load test when adding a cache to a Yandex API endpoint.
Docker, GitHub Actions, GHCR, Coolify and Traefik on a self-managed VPS; Prometheus metrics and alerting; on-call and incident triage across 10 production services.
